Payments
All payments for digital products and coaching services are processed securely through our website using Stripe and/or PayPal. Payment is required at the time of purchase or booking.
Digital Products (Workbooks & Resources)
All digital product sales are final.
Because these items are instant downloads, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase has been completed.
If you experience technical difficulties accessing your file, please contact us at contact@vivianabehaviorsolutions.com and we’ll ensure you receive your purchase.
Parent Coaching Services
Coaching sessions are paid in full at the time of booking.
Reschedules: You may reschedule a coaching session with at least 24 hours’ notice by contacting us at contact@vivianabehaviorsolutions.com
Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session are not eligible for a refund.
No-shows: Missed sessions without notice are non-refundable.
Bundles: Coaching bundles must be used within 6 months of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
